Mission Statement:  Outfitter Bicycle Tours offers cycling enthusiasts travel experiences of a lifetime by providing unparalleled access to culture, hospitality, and unforgettable experiences in the saddle.

Vision:  Experiencing countries by bicycle is an amazing way to embrace life and appreciate other cultures and lands.  Outfitter Bicycle Torus will deliver these experiences to its clients by providing high quality, professional, yet personal tours.

Commitments to our Clients:

• We are committed to delivering the best bicycle tours at a reasonable price and execute at a level beyond your expectations.  We cost less than many of the other companies.  Not because we deliver less, but because we have less corporate overhead.  Your tour fees deliver value to you, not to a marketing department.
• Since this is a family company we are committed to deliver personal service without the feel of a large corporate sized tour conglomerate.  We want to get to know you, our clients, on a deeper level than simply taking your credit card number and placing you on a cookie cutter tour.  Joy and Jamie want to connect with you and understand your tour desires.

• We have a commitment to ensuring that you have the most comfortable biking experience during your tour. We rent only the best bikes. However, we encourage you to bring your own bike for our Guided and Climbing Adventures tours. Please read more about our feelings on bike rentals HERE.
• Jamie and Joy are committed to be personally involved with each of our tours.  You will be working driectly with either us personally or local guides that know the region better than any of us.
